The 3rd Upton Scout HQ is ideally sited in Slough’s Upton Court Park adjacent to the large car park next to Long Close School.
The Hall comprises of; a main hall with an adjacent meeting room; new kitchen facilities are provided with halogen hobs and an electric oven; microwave and a hot water dispenser for beverages.
There are separate male and female toilets as well as a disabled facility. All are in excellent condition having been refurbished.
The hall is approximately 6.5mx15m and has a sprung wood floor (like a squash court) and it is surrounded by windows overlooking the park with views to nearby Windsor Castle. It is licensed for the playing of recorded music and has a maximum capacity of 70 seated or 90 standing. Tables and chairs are provided and are stored adjacent to the main hall.
The hall can be hired for private functions and parties at reasonable rates.
